An Introduction To HKIAC Arbitration

We welcome members of JILA to join us for an evening with the Managing Counsel of Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, Dong Long (龍冬), who will introduce arbitration in Hong Kong and arbitration at HKIAC. In this one hour session, you will learn about key considerations for drafting an arbitration clause and key features of arbitration in Hong Kong. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions after the session.
