ICCA Congress Miami After Party
On 28 November 2016, HKIAC and Baker & McKenzie jointly organised a seminar on “Managing Arbitration and Related Court Proceedings – Practical and Strategic Decisions”. Mr. Chan Leng Sun SC delivered a presentation on practical strategic decisions in arbitration, followed by a fireside chat between Mr. Chan SC, Ms. Josephine Hadikusumo (Senior Counsel Asia of Texas Instruments) and Mr. Joe Liu (Managing Counsel of HKIAC). Around 100 people attended the seminar.
