HKArbWeek 2014 Welcome Reception
HKIAC brought its arbitration clause negotiation workshop to Philippines for the first time on 30 March. The workshop took place at Ateneo Professional Schools and was attended by over 100 practitioners and in-house counsels.
The mock negotiation featured Donemark Calimon, Teodoro Kalaw IV, Patricia-Ann Prodigalidad, Kathryn Sanger and Duncan Watson as the negotiators. Sarah Grimmer of HKIAC was the commentator.
