Alefiyah Shipchandler

Alefiyah is a Deputy Counsel at the HKIAC.

Prior to joining the HKIAC, Alefiyah worked for three years at a boutique arbitration and litigation law firm in Mumbai, India where she gained experience in handling commercial arbitrations, both ad hoc and institutional. She has also represented clients in associated litigation. Her areas of work have included constitutional law, insolvency, partnership, testamentary and consumer disputes.

Alefiyah also holds a diploma from the Institute of U.N. Studies on the working and functioning of the United Nations.
