In cases where parties have agreed to have their arbitration administered in accordance with the 2015 HKIAC Procedures for the Administration of International Arbitration, the applicable fees are set out in the Fee Schedule.
All fees are noted in Hong Kong dollars.
1. Registration Fee
When submitting a Notice of Arbitration pursuant to Article 6 of the Procedures, the Claimant shall pay a non-refundable registration fee of HKD 8,000. Where there is more than one Claimant, the registration fee shall be shared equally between the Claimants, unless the Claimants agree otherwise.
2. HKIAC Administrative Fees
Pursuant to paragraph 4.1 of Schedule 1 of the Procedures, HKIAC’s Administrative Fees shall be determined in accordance with the following table:

| From 40,000,001 to 80,000,000 | 117,780 + 0.081% of & over 40,000,000 |
| From 80,000,001 to 240,000,000 | 150,180 + 0.052% of & over 80,000,000 |
| From 240,000,001 to 400,000,000 | 233,380 + 0.037% of & over 240,000,000 |
| Over 400,000,000 | 292,580 |
3. Registration Fee for filing a Challenge to an Arbitrator
A party seeking to challenge an arbitrator pursuant to Article 10 of the Procedures shall pay a non-refundable deposit of HKD 50,000. Where the challenge is filed by more than one party, those parties shall pay the deposit in equal shares, unless the parties agree otherwise.
