Country-Code Top-Level Domain Sevices
HKIAC and other offices of the Asian Domain Name Dispute Resolution Centre provide services concerning certain country-code top-level domains, including “.cn” and “.中国”, “.hk” and “.香港”, “.kr” and “.한국”, “.ph”, etc.

Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) applies to all generic Top Level Domains (gTLDs), including new gTLDs - the gTLDs introduced to the root after 1 January 2014. Under the UDRP, complainants may seek transfer or cancellation of disputed domain name(s). | ||

Uniform Domain Name Suspension System (URS) applies to new gTLDs. As a supplement to UDRP, URS proceedings will result in suspension of the disputed domain name(s), if the URS complaint is justifiable. | ||

Trademark Post-Delegation Dispute Resolution Procedure (TM-PDDRP) is intended to cover proceedings concerning a dispute whether a new gTLD Registry Operator is intentionally and systematically infringing trademarks in its top-level domain (TLD). | ||

Registrar Transfer Dispute Resolution Policy (TDRP) applies to all gTLDs and is designed for resolving dispute relating to Inter-Registrar domain name transfers. | ||
