NEC4 - Time to Upgrade?

Driver Trett and the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) co-organised this joint NEC4 seminar. 

NEC3 is one of the Hong Kong’s most popular contracts for construction. 2017 saw the launch of NEC4, which features a host of changes to the contract procedures. This seminar introduced the key changes and explained how they may work in practice.
