HKIAC held its Arbitration Clause Negotiation Workshop in Yangon on 25 July. The workshop was hosted by the British Chamber of Commerce Myanmar.
The negotiators were Robert Pé (Arbitration Chambers) and Denis Brock (O'Melveny). Olga Boltenko (Fangda Partners) and Mary Thomson (Pacific Chambers) acted as commentators. Kiran Sanghera (HKIAC) was the host for the event.
