Seoul Pre-Arbitration Strategy Workshop

HKIAC organised its second Pre-Arbitration Strategy Workshop in Seoul on Wednesday, 21 March 2018 at Seoul IDRC. The event underscored the importance of evaluating the legal options available, as well as practical steps required to formulate an effective dispute resolution strategy.   The event brought together legal counsel, asset recovery specialist, and a third-party funder to equip attendees with the tools to make sound business decisions when faced with a potential dispute.
